Steam has nothing to do with it. You can try all your games, "non steam" version (I hope you know what I mean)
Moreover, such old ones as quake or cs 1.6. You can play against bots or on non-steam servers.
The problem is exactly the same as in Steam.
And yes, whoever said that this is an internet, it is not. Everything can be seen in single games, in terms of smoothness, animation, and so on.

Yep. This is all over again like a groundhog day. People going insane with stuff like steam, WiNDOwS tWeakS, keyboards, mouses, INTERneT pRObLEMS etc. I saw the same situation like 3 years ago on a different forums, I feel like it repeats everytime. First its dirty electricity, 2nd its RFI/EMI 3rd its windowS!!! 4th its STEAM! 5th ITS worldwide conspiracy against gamers who just want to play

ppl saying that they have problems in non byoc, thats where steam theory came in and it's actually makes sense, but I guess your peanut brain can't handle such a hard information

yeah i stopped fixing my electricity in my house and everything around that. It doesnt make sense for me becouse i have this problem everywhere everytime, i dont need my PC on other place to have this problem with heavy input lag, stutter....

Cuz... Me2 have evrywhere this problem : ) common denominator is phone, steam, sometimes mouse (but i use zowie za11b without mouse memory then...) I bought console Xbox x series and evrythink is alright. Anyway...i observed one creap phenomen. If my pc going to heeeaaavyyyy gun/car/whatever/ just unplayable, my smartphone doing this two, hard to write on Messenger bc i missclick and phone is hard to Control, like pc. Dont know maybe its placebo but rly, i feel it ;/

Sometimes I can see it in my phone too. Also, my phone 60hz screen looks way smoother than my monitor 144hz, lol.
