Is the ViewSonic XG2431 without strobing still king for minimum input lag, response time, ghosting and motion blur?

i'm not that agree with you about DyAc, for me, it's overrated, like all strobing tbh, i don't really like strobing
Fair enough. It is just not for everyone.

why i still have this crap ? because either other screen that i test are too expensive either they have a cons that i cannot handle
I recognise where you are coming from. I was planning to buy a 1440p OLED until I learnt about the many drawbacks. IPS seemed like the next best monitor tech but it is not quite up there with TN for performance as it turned out. I really could use another monitor for work so here I am after buying a 1080p TN monitor in 2024. The BenQ XL2546X may not be perfect but it gets the job done and rarely is something truly perfect when it comes to this kind of thing.

Meanwhile I have also come to realise that I experience significantly less eye strain using the XL2546X. It is very apparent at night time as it is sat beside another calibrated monitor. Overall chuffed with my purchase.

Yes, mostly because i didn't like the feeling on my games (COD/Apex Legends) and i can't handle any crosstlak at all unfortunately, even if it's little but anyway i prefer so much a Zowie with DyAc than my actual garbage monitor haha

For the eye strain...big lmao because i agree so much in that, anyway TN are not perfect for eye strain and comfort but yes, a lot of IPS are just weird of how they managed contrast and brightness, on my actual monitor, white look like a reddish white from hell because it's so bright even at low brightness, i didn't like the backlight of my screen.
The main reason i send back every TN that i purchase is the fact that is TN and...1080p 25inch...like...we are in 2024, it's hilarious to see that ALL IPS still cannot beat TN in some aspect while all brands claimed marketing stuff like "fast-ips" or things like that to forced people to trust in this panel technology.
I'm sure there is decent IPS now but i clearly don't like how panel brands work on them, while VA is dead and not optimal for FPS/Competitive use, IPS is kinda overrated imo.

I will test another one 1440p 240hz IPS from MSI, if it's bad, i will test OLED and if i can't afford, i will go back on TN, i don't have any other choice.

I've put on hold the purchase of this monitor because i have to do some more important change on my setup.
I will test the MSI or the new 240hz variant (which cost less than the 360hz for obvious reasons) for sure in some month.
