do you still believe that this is caused by electricity?

I honestly dont know. I did have problems with my electricity. I just fixed my burning electrical panel
And my game ran so good for days I had a 8kd then it went back to being bad. So I honestly have no clue. People move and still have the problem so really this makes more logical sense. I remember before I moved from my house where everything ran good then I got a new pc then moved like 1 week later. But I can recall that when I got my new pc at good location I started doing worse. So I def think it can be lod and not electricity

it def makes it better but this issue had came back after like 6 months, its super dusty where i live but its definitely not a solution and
i never recommended anybody to buy one either so pls dont buy one lol

author of these pic say this is same resolution.
after reinstall windows, image is clear (day), but today at night it same broken like always.

"So, I flashed my bios with the lastest version and install each drivers of my motherboard.
Everyting was looking good so far but the problem started again tonight on RE VIII
I took pictures the day where it worked great and tonight and we can see the difference.

The second picture is way sharper than the 2sd
I didn't change anything on my settings or in my system between the two times I played.

i got all new parts, boxed windows usb , day 4..... yes it feels good. ill keep you guys updated
