If you think there is a problem with windows, please use linux. If you think there is a problem with linux, please use the console and tell me "tweak" there.
you don't understand what we're talking about...

:!: My guide is for sane people, if you are adept of tweaks, theory about electro/emi/rfi then please don't post your sick fantasies here.
Your "guide" is for people who are addicted to tweaking, a PC just needs to be plugged into a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset to work.

Enjoy it.
If you haven’t understood yet, then here you go  viewtopic.php?f=15&t=14025&start=30#p110791
You can go somewhere where you clog up the thread with garbage tweaks to get a 5 minute "perfect game"

You're talking to the creator of the thread, in the off-topic section, in case you haven't noticed :P

The only interested thing which i was read was "goodbyedpi" what is this ? Something default installed by windows ?

I don't know what to make of the rest of this post .... That I need enough sleep to perform, I know that too, but that doesn't do me much good if I suffer from desync and I hardly think that every pro gamer out there has done exactly these things here to be able to play well
This is just anticencorship tool (for fool deep packet inspection gov servers in every ISP datacenter)

There is one interesting point: when I delete or disable all xbox game mode services, disable fso, etc., in cs the mouse becomes a stone and it is impossible to aim at the pixel.
Perhaps microsoft services control our gaming experience in games.
my friend 3500 elo also says he can't always play consistently, he feels like his experience is being artificially limited.
