With my RAM water cooler, my G.SKill DDR4 RAM (4000 CL16 Gear 1 / 1.5V) currently reaches about 42.9°C when gaming (Battlefield 6).

I removed the water cooler and replaced it with a fan that just blows air. The temperature was a maximum of 35°C, and—hold on—the game ran better!

WHAT THE FUCK!?
My RAM temperature is only 30, but it still has desync,

I don't know.

I removed the water block and now it's running fine.

I don't know about your water block but high ram temps can cause ram instability.
You didn't have "high" temps to be fair tho.

I have water cooling connected only to the processor.

Current status:

I launch BF6 and it's running very well. Within a few minutes, I'm at 35:2. But then something happens and I'm out of sync again.

had the same problem, bought a small clip on fan, aimed it at the ram sticks, dropped expo/xmp volts from 1.35 to 1.3, its much better now. temps went from 40c to 30c

If you are very rich, there is one solution for you! You can assemble a system based on a 14900ks processor and the best RAM with extremely low timings and buy a water cooling block for RAM and a water block for the CPU and connect all this to a Hailea aquarium chiller!
And you will always get a cold system! At full load, you will always have a frequency of 6ghz and the RAM will be in a stable state!
do you have a link for your setup? Got some cash to burn and a new 9950x3d/5090 and this is right up my alley. First time ive seen it, great idea.
