how much it will cost?
All negative response still

A believe it would cost like 200-300 dollars top but who knows.
You understand that this transformer should at least be installed in your apartment's power panel to ensure your power lines are clean. Installing such a transformer before a monitor or pc power supply will have no effect.
Installing a toroid in your apartment's power panel will only help if your metal construction in walls are not connected to the neutral at any point. If you have such a connection, firstly, you most likely have a TN-C connection, and secondly, installing a transformer will only help if it is installed immediately after your home's power transformer, which is basically impossible.
Installing a transformer in your apartment's panel if you have a TN-C connection will not help because the neighboring wiring will also emit the same interference from your main power transformer, which will be transmitted through the reinforced concrete and metal floors of your home.

No no , you need to install it very close to psu/pc , high freq can couple from surrounding stuff to your cable after xformer

I would even cut psu cable and patch xformer between

There are lot more reasons to place it close , ask chatgpt " low cap iso xformer close to pc/psu vs far away "

I have an online voltage stabilizer, for example. As with any new hardware connected to the power grid, there is a noticeable effect for the first week or two, but then it disappears completely. The device just stays there as a safeguard, but offers no benefit (other than handling possible power surges). It is a common belief that the unit eventually becomes saturated with magnetic fields and stops helping in any perceptible way.
