This is still on the same schedule. Driver that will introduce this feature is targeted towards the end of the year.
It took them 6 years to implement such a simple feature. Great job, Nvidia!

so when will we know it's out, the patch notes in GeForce Experience?

The feature to allow users to manually set the color range for HDMI and DisplayPort displays is still on track for our next driver branch (note: not the next driver but next driver branch).

"The settins will work just like it currently works for DVI" - what is he talking about? Nvidia has already added an ability to select color range for 3D apps in their drivers but only for DVI?
