So my source was correct about the model. As a XL2546S owner i couldn't care less if it's just the same as the XL2546S but with a newer design.
There is also supposed to come a XL2546K (without the "-B" at the end of the model name), wonder what the difference between them would be?

This might very well explain the discontinuation of the XL2546S.

If this is true then it's such a downgrade in design, wtf is that ugly stand. Also the fact that it looks different makes me think it might be an Ips perhaps?

My guess is the xl2546k will be full 8 bits like the xl2746s. Also looks like they will be releasing a xl2411k:

Yikes I hope that isn't the new design and is just a pre-production model because that base is fugly. If it's still TN then it might be a different panel vendor, who knows. I wish BenQ would give straight answers instead of being so coy. Either way I'm very happy I got my XL2746S back in April, I've been enjoying every minute of it. Speaking of which, Amazon will be getting the XL2746S in stock very soon if anyone wants to snap one up: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0846 ... UTF8&psc=1

xl2546s is already 8bits panel, confirmed by benq, not FRC tech

It's hard to tell what theses monitors are going to be. Benq announced some 144hz ips monitors under the Benq brand why would they release more under the Zowie one? But in the same time I find it hard to believe that it would a Tn panel, since non have been announced? Plus there have been better 24 inch 144hz Tn panels for a while, why do it now.

My best guess is that they're going the Ips route with these monitors, It would also explain the new aesthetic. Which, by the way is so hideous, I wonder who approved of these.

They are tn monitors if we can trust the link I found on reddit (see my post above).
