[Power/EMI] I discover why sometime PC become fast and low input lag and otherwise feel high input lag

I have some questions for specialist about malware/trojan/adware/etc.
1. Can virus sit on pc components (mothearboard, ram, bios, procesor, acessories pc - keyboard/headaet/mouse (without memory like zowie) and reproductive?-i mean can be wvrywhere where i am(on smartphone)?

2. Isp provider can aplication virus on pc? Mobile provider is same what home internet i have.

3. Can exist invisible vuruses? What anyone antywirus cant found?

I know its all absurd but i try found somethink ;/ can someone reply for my questions? I have Xbox X and its very smooth to play casual games on pad BUT i donwload warzone, plug mouse and i instantly start feel terible input lag in moving cursor in lobby warzone, gameplay two. Its hardnto explain because evrythink is fine, temps, frames, frametimes, voltage, evrythink :/

Cuz... Me2 have evrywhere this problem : ) common denominator is phone, steam, sometimes mouse (but i use zowie za11b without mouse memory then...) I bought console Xbox x series and evrythink is alright. Anyway...i observed one creap phenomen. If my pc going to heeeaaavyyyy gun/car/whatever/ just unplayable, my smartphone doing this two, hard to write on Messenger bc i missclick and phone is hard to Control, like pc. Dont know maybe its placebo but rly, i feel it ;/

maybe thats why becouse you are charging phone from your house electricity?

I always charge phone on home but weird is then pc start feel terible, phone sometimes two but phone isnt on charge right now

Somethink cause this isue. What can cause in my opinion:

1. Virus (very advanced {its absurd i know})

2. Electricity, EMI? On my experiment emi in my home is the same when lag is more 'agresive' and when be less... Then dont think so

3. Some radiation what affect electronics parts. I dont know, maybe emf?(electromagnetic). My emf tester near wall socket notice 300+ V/m, my laptop what i use now only for work have to 300+ when i found WHO norm is 20? (Dont know it is true, and if i good understund articul what i read about it). But i believe some radiation(wich one dont know) can do troubleshoting electronics parts, maybe emf.

And what i can say... In 2018 (my isue start from 2015) i try like day after day 'repeair' my pc from this isue - after instaling alot time windows i GOT this insane good feeling what should be, but after maybe 2/3 hours hes gone, another back slugish, not responsive etc... What i do when i got this feeling?
Put pc position like this https://support.hp.com/doc-images/736/c03540954.jpg instal windows 7 from CD, if i good remember without internet cable put and i have two disk ssd and HDD. Dont rember wich one i use for instalation but when i go to windows instalation and move cursor i I KNOW I GOT IT . Feeling be insane, without any lag, IN WINDOWS INSTALATION, and after on desktop with GPU drivers be still the same, just insane clear, without any lag. Radiculus is fact then i go to the bios/uefi (i have Maximus 10 hero motherboard) my cursor mouse still be insane, without lag on bios/uefi. Very weird. But cuz.. after 2/3h gameplay lag comeback. Weird. And plz dont hate and blame me, this story is true and like other people from this forum i wanna start Play on PC like i can and love BUT cant bc this f*** isue 'got me', dont know how name it ;x

yeah EMF is still best question there, near my house are high voltage power lines maybe 15meters.. But simple answare refutes this, why this issue doesnt stop when i moove and trying many places without any improvement.. EMF cant broke components or something.. maybe its brokeing video cables like hdmi alwayse or idk

This is exactly what I'm experiencing. When I first hop on my pc(which I bought 2 weeks ago), it feels great, but it progressively gets worse and worse. It's as if my controller's analog sticks continue to get heavier. Reconnecting the controller kind of takes away the problem. However, it's never as good as when I first hop on. It's weird, cuz ik I'm not lying to myself. As it gets worse, I have to restart my pc.

Things I've tried
- factory resetting my pc, using different usb ports, different controller, tried every windows settings, input delay tweaks, and nothing seemed to fully fix the problem

Things that helped
- i was using a very old and faulty extension board(maybe 10+ years), which i decided to throw out and stop using. I connected my pc and monitor straight to the wall. This made the biggest difference for me, the problem was wayyyy less
- factory resetting the pc, made the pc run more consistent


- Things I haven't tried
moving to somewhere else in my house(basically using different sockets), changing my psu(500W Only), living in a different house(not an option atm ofc)

- 8 processor
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super
PSU: 500W
16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 256 SDD
