Today my pcs rgbs game on for the first time in a while and the lights are spinning faster, my mouse movement feels 1 to 1 in game and more importantly on desktop there is no shadow behind the cursor while moving (thats the easiest test for this electric issue), very strange i hope it stays good

For me too, but this happneded last year as well...in January/February, my PC works MUCH better than the remaining 10 months, and it starts to work fine earlier in the day, like I don't need to wait until 11 PM like usual.
I have no idea what is going on, my only logical guess is that this is caused either by solar panels on the same grid which are causing massive EM noise through neutral wires (it is already dark at 5 PM right now, so they are turned off much earlier, or they are not turned on at all because of snow and fog), or it has something to do with building's heating system, because the colder it is outside, the better everything works...who the fuck know at this point.
Right now when I'm typing this, all windows animations are fast and crisp, 250 hz feels like actual 250 hz, no ghosting and traces on the cursor when moving around the desktop either, and the monitor text is sharp.

New finding:
Set-NetOffloadGlobalSetting -ReceiveSegmentCoalescing Disabled
Set-NetOffloadGlobalSetting -PacketCoalescingFilter Disabled
These two options cause massive desync. I can reproduce it as often as I like.
It doesn't make sense to me, but it's true.

Bro, anything we do with this issue temporarily makes your pc smoother, i tried those commands and my pc improved, but itll go away soon. Its as if we are resetting something electrical every time we make certain inputs

My system immediately becomes unresponsive (desynced) when I execute these two commands.

Kudos to you, it stayed pretty smooth the morning after i put both those commands in (it should be very laggy right now), for the record i have them both disabled like what you posted. With this issue we must all be sharing a commonality in network settings or something, either way i think youre on the right track

New observation:
1.) I start a round of Battlefield 6
2.) No hit registration + desynced gameplay
Note: It feels exactly like the internet is the problem!
3.) I restart my PC
4.) I start a round of Battlefield 6
5.) I end up in the same lobby
6.) Hit registration is back and there's no more desync
I swear, it felt like the internet was the problem, but it wasn't!

Hit registration is done by game servers, this cannot have anything to do with your PC...the servers are using stuff like movement predicitions to compensate for latency...but, per AI:
"A shot might show a visual hit marker on your screen (client-side), but the server may reject it if the target already moved or died according to its records, resulting in no-regs."
So ALL you people that are having problems in a freaking online shooting games have crap routing and absolutely nothing else, us who actually have electricity / interference problems have a MUCH bigger problems than just "desync", and they appear on desktop as well not just in games. The network grid is simply congested, and then you probably get a high priority at the beginning of the round, but then every minute its getting worse...and you still have a coax copper connection as far as I know.

The point was that even changing these network settings in powershell changes how my mouse behaves, how clear and smooth my 1440p 144hz is. LaggyTyp is looking for reasons
