Same issue here, been having this issue since 2018. I have weird stutters system wide, like when scrolling through the website in a browser or moving mouse in games, it kinda skips the frame, but FPS does not drop when that happens. Went through 3 different PCs, 3 different keyboards and mice and now purchased another monitor. My friend who purchased the same monitor and has a less beefier PC than me has no such stutters, his system feels miles smoother than mine and he also got my RTX 3090 which I previously used and can confirm it was stuttery for me.
I believe it has something to do with where you live. No matter what PC and/or laptop you bring at home, they all exhibit this same issue. I can confirm by testing my work laptop in the office and then at home, it simply stutters at home. I believe it has to with some weird shit in the air which affects all your devices at home.
Persistent, system-wide microstutter/jitter. Hard to diagnose

completely turn off the electricity in the house. Is your laptop also slowing down?TheKelz wrote: ↑24 Dec 2024, 09:19Same issue here, been having this issue since 2018.
