No, Valve has ZERO incentive to make the game truly more competitive.
We could easy have 250-500 Tick servers which would instantly negate tech mumbojambo "surpreme deluxe 64Tick" servers.

You are right in the first part of your answer but the answer to previously quoted question is YES because the netcode will stay the same sh..t like in csgo so there will be again prefiring russkie shooting while moving, unsprayable turks, invisible kazakhstanians, ridiculous VPN exitlag online qualifier winners. So the trick will work most probably anymore, the netcode will be the same CRAP.
Sadly nobody was able to deliver me clear info whats sv_maxunlag parameter set to in cs2 beta (csgo default is 200ms). So if you can please post it there.
The only POSITIVE difference will be lower inputlag (not solving this problem much) and a bit slower ferrari peeks (acceleration in cs2 is lower - helping but again not too much). So the peekers advantage with high ping will be reduced... maybe for 20 percent. Such wow. There are also negatives (hidden net_graph - no more telling you that server sucks again, very badly masked 64tick so sprays will be again a piece of sh..t even at low ping, not possible to set cl_interp_ratio, dunno whats default now).
Unfortunatelly i dont have beta access so i cant compare it on my own, no key, no chance to describe my feeling / measurement / tuning, im VERY curious and VERY pi...d valve doesnt give beta access to geeks (me), technicians (me), hardware tweakers (me), people with <140ms avg at hbenchmark (me), graphomaniacs (again, me me me me, gimme the f...g beta key...)....
At least i made 4.5k euro profit by selling my cases during this cs2 hype which i bought 3 years ago for 4-5 cents, being VERY pi..d i didnt buy more thinking i will cash out putins war and then investing into steam cases and the order was wrong

I think you wanted to respond to "naporitan", not me.

The playing field unfairly unexpectedly tilts because other people don’t have the same Internet as you do.
csgo has a built in Analyse tool for your connection, here are the stats for one of the most lagy games with absolut shit hitreg:
Ping Variance of 0.4ms, and 2 packets dropped of over 130k.
If i play offline, all is perfect, so its not my PC, but as soon as you go online shit hits the fan, but it also is not my connection.
I am pretty sure that this problem is coming from the Server End.
And that is the Gist of my Post here. I tried everything to get that snappy feeling but you only get it very randomly like every 50 game or so.
what is the cmd for this tool ?

I have access to the beta. In cs2, sv_maxunlag is 1.000000 by default.

Thats ridiculous, 1.0... thats 1000ms ???? Are you sure? Cuz if yes, not only the game will suck the same way like it does in csgo but backtrack will be working even better... [Removed cheatsite links -- not allowed on Blur Busters Forums] - with 1000ms it will be 5x stronger. In csgo they "limited" lagcompensation few years ago from absurd 500ms to same absurd 200ms just to tackle backtrack (but BT still works fine even with 200ms as it allows to rollback still enough time, the same way like high pingers do fully legit whenever peeking anyone).
Yep it seems that you are right... cheaters already celebrating it [Removed cheatsite links -- not allowed on Blur Busters Forums]
Hopefully there is something countering it but i believe valve even less than official propaganda of Russlan state.
