I managed to achieve 260Hz 1280X720 on the BenQ XL2411P with DP

Oh wow -- that's one of the most glitch-free 260Hz overclock of a 144Hz BenQ.

No frameskipping at www.testufo.com/frameskipping ?
no frameskip at all its all good

New Results on XL2411P DisplayPort / instant mode: On (it can bug out on display mode i dont know yet) / Blur reduction: On/Off .
Disclaimer: All Oced res are forced to be on display scaling !
1920x1080: 224HZ No AMA
1920x1080: 165HZ AMA: High/Premium

1280x720: 264HZ No AMA
1280x720: 192HZ AMA: High/Premium

1024x768: 257HZ No AMA
1024x768: 206HZ AMA: High/Premium

800x600: 258HZ No AMA
800x600: 241HZ AMA: High/Premium

720x576: 258HZ No AMA
720x576: 248HZ AMA: High/Premium

So my question is how does AMA overdrive behave at 200+HZ? Does it perform like other true 240Hz monitors?

Good evening, I've been trying for a few days to increase the refresh rate above 149Hz but I can't manage it. My monitor is an XL2411P and when I change my resolution it displays "out of range". I would appreciate some help.

it displays "out of range".
You need to download two separate pieces of software. One goes to the monitor and another to your PC.
