motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

No more updates to pulsar going below 75 fps? are you kidding me? damn bro, the LEAST they could do is add a software profile toggle in nvidia control panel like they did for ULMB 1 to enable fixed refresh per game and then allow us to set the 60 hz mode on specific games we want to switch to ULMB 2. Nobody wants to sit there every day toggling between ULMB 2 60 hz and Gsync/pulsar using the monitor OSD, I would think they would move past this and allow at least DDC commands for us to toggle ULMB/pulsar using keyboard shortcuts or something. Really sad to see we won't see 60 hz pulsar

They should at least work on improving pulsar at higher refreshes because right now it doesn't look as good as lower refreshes do.
I’m hoping they just found it tricky and are still working on Pulsar support down to 60hz. This would be perfect as I can keep the monitor in Pulsar mode on PC and 60hz mode on console, no messing around with the OSD.
The ULMB2 60hz toggle gets saved on the HDMI inputs so it’s convenient that I don’t have to press anything on the monitor for my Switch 2 and PS5 Pro on each HDMI input. Just have to adjust pulse width for how bright I want the display.
Well we should at least be getting an update to fix the 120hz - 200hz ghosting/frame pacing errors this firmware introduced.

Is there proof they are working on it? Is there proof the ghosting/frame pacing errors are actually there in this firmware? To me it looks similar enough and I'm quite lazy to try to roll back just to see if it's true XD I hope they do give this monitor at least a couple more firmware updates to improve pulsar cause I think it's really the closest thing to perfect VRR + Strobe we have on the market today.

If you use Gsync on, Vsync on - you get pulsar clarity - higher latency (15ms)
Are you sure this isn't because you are outside the G-Sync range and therefore falling back to regular V-Sync?
Could try combining G-Sync + V-Sync + any good limiter and see if you get similar results to the ideal setup you mentioned.

It’s so good at 60hz I don’t really need anything higher. They need to release an 8k monitor with this. Perfect image clarity and motion clarity.

How strict is the 60Hz locked mode? Does it work for framelock output woth RT4k on noncompliant refresh rates? (arcade game refresh rates go down to 54Hz)

Really good article, shows the strobing behaviour with oscilloscope (it is strobing at 60hz).
Also goes into a lot of detail on how the tech works and how it’s improved on previous monitors and methods.

No proof they are working on it but the TFT Central article says it’s very much a live project.
100% new firmware has introduced ghosting issues to a different range of frame rates but fixed the 75-90 range. I can see it clearly.

Yes, I havent even played RE9 since the update after my initial test. To me it looks horrible. If you know what it looked like before...

I'm on my second playthrough of RE9. I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers thinking it might fix it but it didn't, so currently having to Frame Gen x4, I get 250 to 360 frames, its fine in that range.
But I want to play either of Death Stranding 2/Crimson Desert this week and I cant see me getting that many frames to avoid the ghosting issues. Might have to roll the firmware back then.
