You also need to constantly update the game bar, xbox services, etc. This is important because windows developers, for some reason, have placed a lot of responsibility on these services, such as optimizing the processor for gaming tasks, etc.
I've seen many pc tweakers disable and cut out service data... I checked through xperf and when the game services are activated and updated to the latest version, the games are used on the "correct" processor cores.
Microsoft doesn't disclose all the information, and there are probably still a lot of shadow optimizations...

Windows 10 is officially dead for gaming.

*Always install drivers from the motherboard website.
I have Windows 11 Pro 24h2, without tweaks, I don't change the powerplan, timers, etc. I disable Windows mouse acceleration and key sticking, increase the microphone volume. The latest version of the Nvidia driver and in the NVIDIA panel I set GPU Scaling and Override Scaling Mode Set by Games and Programs. In games, Reflex is enabled and FPS_Max 400. I connect the mouse to a USB port to which nothing is connected except the mouse. The USB port to which I connect the mouse is connected via the chipset. I connect the M2 ssd to the port that is connected to the chipset.

Yes, this is not currently disclosed, but a few in the optimization and professional gaming scene know about having to keep Office 365 and OneDrive open in the background for the lowest latency and no desync.

After this test, I ran an even harder test and also disabled the RAM cooling so that my BIOS would boot with the "hot settings".
Still desync in games.
To be honest, Intel systems are very complex. A bad combination of Intel ME firmware and chipset drivers can cause abnormal system behavior.
Every mobo i encounter turn into garbage when I install intel chipset drivers , like using uefi bios instead of legacy

If you have built a system based on an intel processor, then when buying a motherboard you do not need to update the Bios, FW intel ME, etc. You just install the drivers from the official motherboard website specifically for your board model.
It is recommended to take a high-end class motherboard.
For amd ryzen systems, updating the bios can lead to problems. In my experience, this is real.
ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO WIFI
Some parameters and technologies in the bios are disabled by default on my board.
csm support - disabled
SVM - disabled
resizebar - disabled
etc
all these options are disabled by default.

I know that on some motherboards, switching CSM Support to UEFI causes some problems, so you need to use the default settings and activate only the XMP profile and disable VT-d/SVM. I had an intel processor-based laptop and CSM Support for Legacy was set to it by default, and anyway, secure boot and other security technologies worked in this case, it turns out something like "Legacy UEFI".
And many parameters like CSM Support, etc. were hidden in my laptop, and in this case, the user cannot accidentally ruin his system with the wrong knowledge imposed.
Before installing the system on the laptop, I cleaned the main disk using diskpart and converted it to gpt, and the installation was successful.

I've gone through all the stages of schizophrenia, from endless tweaks to electricity, EMI, network, etc. In the end, the reality turned out to be different. Perhaps you need to go all this way so that you realize another reality, so that the paradigm changes inside your consciousness...

Yeah I know.
Intel chipset driver is 4-5 mb you install to OS , which does nothing but install ini files but still makes mouse garbage

In fact, there are a lot of points where a simple user can make mistakes or factors that cause problems in the system. So it turns out to be a kind of accident when building the system.

When a person is too smart, his decisions are also too abstruse and complicated, such is the paradox and all technologies are created by such people, obvious things become complicated and if these geniuses try to explain something, the situation becomes even worse and therefore, in order not to bring down their shares, AMD/intel does not get involved in this matter with fine-tuning the system for users.
