Here’s an idea: try connecting the USB internet adapter using a long USB extension cable, moving it as far away from the computer as possible. Just the other day, I noticed that my graphics card and mouse cause interference on a 3.5mm ground loop isolator, creating noise in my headphones. Given that LAN ports are designed similarly—since they also have isolators—I suspect PC components might be causing electrical noise on these isolators as well. That’s why I suggest trying to move the LAN adapter as far away from the PC as possible.

There's input lag even with a Wi-Fi antenna, I don't see the point of Ethernet.
