Important information!
Some systems may not work correctly due to drivers from the official website of the motherboard!
symptoms: processor not reaching the stated frequency, ignoring bios settings and other various problems.
fix: clean install windows, update the system through windows settings and also set “optional drivers” in update settings.
and install the latest chipset driver from the official intel/amd website

The update log should show the status of update installations as successful, and if there are errors, here is a recommendation for fixing them: Disable windows update service and go to C:Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete everything inside that folder and run update check again.

@Z3CrosS is not telling ghost stories, but a real problem that can occur for various reasons and other/chipset drivers are one of them.
