Okay, first video, who ever that is, it's a casual player, he is playing really really really really bad, I'm not saying he is playing in good conditions, the game probably feels bad, but it's not playing in "perfect conditions" that will make him good even in 1 year. (Also he just whiffs in 99% of the clips)

Second video same thing, also those are isolated clips, I can send you clips of pro players getting rekt and it will feels weird sometimes too. If you have a full VOD of 1 entire game, where every single fights feels wrong, I would understand that it is impossible to reach high elo. But that just doesn't exist (if the player has clean windows, clean internet, normal ping, good pc).

This whole discussions is nonsense. Either show undeniable measurements to convince someone else or don't care.
Either way, they won't help you as they don't have any incentive or a way to help you with such issue.

Absolutely not. I'm telling you that there are living examples where a person moves and can't show absolutely anything. This is a fact. I also have people, acquaintances, who were looking for a normal place. One of them changed 12 apartments and finally found a normal place. He plays with pro players. Another example - this guy changed 2 apartments and played in Spirit Academy. I can't names them.
There are also acquaintances from the top 10 EU ladder in Fortnite who moved and could not play at the top level.

There are other examples, there is a small degree of this problem, I also have such acquaintances. For example, one acquaintance was able to reach 4200 elo in cs go. But he did not have the worst degree.

Yes there is a degrees to this problem , I tried 6 different places , all was different. My current home is worse than them by far. I still can A-B other places , and its still like that.

On top of that on my current home , 4 years ago it was better but still bad , after 2 years it got worse , now its a lot worse.

Overall just a toxic thread for no reason. Anyone saying you can or can't reach high elo with this issue is spreading nonsense - you can have different degrees of the issue, and someone experiencing it in a very severe manner will obviously not be able to reach high elo.

My experience has been in Overwatch, I can play against PLAT and GOLD players with a new account, and sure their movement is very bad and these are bad players, but I can look back at my footage and very clearly see that they are moving very slowly, that sometimes I will very clearly miss and the game will register a headshot.

On the total opposite side of the spectrum, I will play against a GM mercy main, and they can swap to widow and out duel me. I can go look at killcams, replays, whatever and see blatantly that they are visibly missing and the game is granting a headshot. I can see that I had no time to react.

Everyone has this issue, and if you are high rank and experiencing it, I encourage you to make a new account, fuck around at low rank and watch your footage back, you will see the shots that you should be missing, you will see the players taking 500-1000ms to react to you. That is not solely because they are bad but because their setup is shit.

Also elo in a video game isn't the direct measurement of fps skill you're after. Another funny proxy is looking at people's kovaaks scores, where a complete novice with median scores is able to clown on GM players, while someone with 99th percentile scores will struggle against even diamonds.

In a more stable environment - quake live where the servers are the same and the players are the same, the CONSISTENCY and REPEATABILITY of the issue is insane. You can beam certain players - they are frozen in place and unable to react or move, or you can try to frag the top fragger in FFA, and your lg will seem to register only half the hits, and they are overall just A-Ding as though they're playing on LAN.

TL;DR
your issue is relative to other players, If you are high elo and experiencing it against fellow high elo players - consider yourself lucky. You can be low elo and then experiencing it against people you know to be dogshit because they vaguely aim in your general direction and the game grants a headshot.

For sure people can skill past the problem and I have no doubt if I gave some GM players my PC they would easily get that rank, but I'm also dead certain that other GM players wouldn't be able to get past diamond.
