Oh Yuck.
That's double strobing. 100% double strobing.

Is there an option in either the "Service Menu" or the "Factory menu" to enable single strobe?

Service menu:
Power off, hold button #4 while powering on, release button 4 after screen appears, press button to enter service menu.
Factory menu:
Power off, hold button 3+4 while powering on, release button 3+4 after screen appears, press button (usually 4, unless it's different) to enter factory menu.

I'll be skipping this monitor, then otherwise.
Not that I saw but here's the screens:

I just received an XL2746S today, and I can echo that it feels pretty amazing. I'm having some trouble getting 182Hz configured with virtually no crosstalk like Dirty Scrubz has, but I'd love to figure out how to make it happen. The strobe utility doesn't seem to be impacting my crosstalk at all unfortunately. Maybe I'm holding it wrong.

Amazon isn't the only place it's available. The XL2546S is also available for pre-order from B&H photo. That's what I did. Now just to wait to get it. :D

I used 1350 VT using NVIDIA control panel custom resolution feature with DyAc on premium and AMA high. When I'm on PC I'll post the rest of my monitor settings.

Edit:
Settings:
Service menu: Area/intensity are both 1
VT: 1350 @ 182 hz
Mode: Gamer 1
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 50
Sharpness: 5
Gamma: 4
Color temp: User define w/RGB 100/96/100
AMA: high
Dyac+: Premium
RGB Range: 0-255
Black Equalizer: 5
Color Vibrance: 10

Some of these settings will need to be adjusted by you as each panel is different. Play with the fullscreen crosstalk test and adjust the VT via NVCP and the area/intensity using the service menu until it looks right to you. I can eyeball it pretty well so it's not hard. It will never be crosstalk free, there's always a little there as my photos showed but you should be able to get it down to the point where it's very little. In games you shouldn't notice it at all and the picture should be extremely bright.

Question for Chief Blur Buster, could this be considered false advertisement and open up BenQ to a lawsuit? They claim DyAc has no input latency but we all know that's not true of BFI:
