Not sure about this, there was occasional stuttering, but these haven't gone away. I'm 99% sure that any stutter I get is caused by games being bad, as I mainly play CS2, which is poorly optimized, and Battlefield, which is also badly optimized from BF1 onwards. CS:GO, played with the legacy version, is buttery smooth without any hitching or stuttering, same goes for BF3.
No. Everything always stayed the same, no matter the time of the day, or the weekday, or any other factor. Any change would have zero impact.
Yes, very much. Unbearable in Battlefield to the point where I can't even win a gunfight if I shoot somebody in the back, as that person can just turn around and laserbeam me within a few bullets, and also very much noticeable in CS, where shots would pass straight through players without dealing any damage. If I even saw the other player, because desync was by far the worst symptom.
Never noticed any abnormalities in the mouse movements, except one very recent incident. But that I will probably write off as some weird Windows bug thing, because even when the desync was the worst of the worst, the mouse felt good. No changes in mouse input happened ever. Same with keyboard. It always stayed the same. Even the desync and the hitreg problems never changed, no matter what I did or at what time I tried, it was absolutely horrendous and unbelieveably bad. It very much wasn't correlated with the time of the day.
There haven't been any changes or differences in the first place, but yes, with this new PSU everything feels exactly like I remember.

I'm reluctant about this, and I've said this multiple times before in this thread, if you don't believe me without looking at footage, then that's your good right. Once again, I'm not here to prove anything, as "proving" (as in: actual scientific proof) is way out of my abilities as a normal citizen without access to scientific measuring tools that for example labs would have access to. Video footage of before/after gameplay is not proof. But, as I'm not intending to cause any troube, I've already posted gameplay footage before in this thread. I think it's on page 5 or 6. You'll find it.
That is expected and I'm happy to have put a disclaimer everywhere in this thread. Thank god you can return it without fees or any other hassle, but yeah, that's exactly what I've expected, too.
Well, it has now been 4 weeks exactly that I've made the change, and the problem has never come back. I've played every single day, at every time of the day, and it hasn't appeared once. But, the instant that I swap in a 850W unit, or a 700W one, or a 550W one, it's immediately back to the same problems. I'm very confident that I've actually found a working "solution"/workaround for my specific problem, which likely is different from yours. And yes, for all I know, I could be the only person in this entire forum whose issues manifest themselves in this manner. If I knew exactly what was the cause for my problem, or anybody else's problems, I would obviously just tell you. I'm stating this once more, for everybody to understand:
Could very much be the case, as we're still in the dark about what is the actual cause of these problems. And until this discovery is made, we can only speculate.
