Very interesting topic.
Just ordered a huaham HDMI 2.1. Fiber Optic from
https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B0CYX1858V?ref ... title&th=1 for my 540hz Zowie Xl2586X
Also put my RAM on 1T 7400 instead of 2T 8000 for my DDR5 13900KS build . ( Doing some stabilizing testst atm) there are rumors though that my Gigabte Z790 AORUS TACHYON X
Mobo has a fake 1T setting? so its not real 1T? it wont boot on 1T 8000 so it has to be real right?
I ordered the exact same cable, for me perfect gameplay now. I hope for you too
Can you be more specific please?

All of yours reports made me want to try this. I ordered the exact one from Amazon OP linked. I'm not having much hope as I believe the problem lies more in the game itself (CS2), but worst case scenario I'll just return it I guess, so why not give it a shot.
I will report when I get it, but it'll sadly be after Easter.
You have to think, that Monitors come with good quality DP Cables, which should just work fine. Ive never tried fiber DP cables so I'm curious about, what you and others have to say about it.
It might be snappier at first, could also be strong placebo, but like everything else we try - the input lag feeling might come back sooner or later.

I advise using cables that came with your device as well. Every one of those sent in this conversation look like random brands with the usual 8K 540Hz HDR ULTRA FAST marketing scam. I have 2 store bought HDMI 2.1 cables and both of them are inferior to the Nindendo Switch HDMI 1.4. But I'll probably try one of those cables as I'm also desperate for improvements.

Lurking forum since 2020, finally made an account after 5 years xD
Bought the cable ( amazon . com/dp/B0D12N27Y6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 )
Could get only that because its the only one available in my country at normal price.
Yesterday it did arrive.
I dont have huge input lag problems (i think at least

), but i always want it to be even better and the post felt very promising to improve things, mostly because i have the same monitor as OP, the PG248QP.
Played a few FACEIT games (3k+ elo), a few hours of botz/dm and i can say that there is actually a slightly better tracking in fast movements, i would even say that on desktop it could be noticed, but not a game changer for me though. Maybe because i dont have big issues with interference.
Of course remember that it is only my feeling, not actual measure. I could be spitting bullshit.
On other setups it might impact differently.
My finally review: Positive feel at least, worth to buy and test for yourself.
If not a real improvement, a placebo will hit you so thats something

Using XL2411K and its DP included in the box, is the cable that you've purchased compatible with my monitor? Thank you in advance.
