Set up a new system based on the Ryzen 7 7800x3D processor.
Everything works well.

Windows 11 home 25h2 (Always reset clear cmos before installing a new system.)
mobo: b650 aorus elite ax v2
ram: F5-6000j3636f16gx2-tz5rs
bios settings:
expo mode - enabled
csm support - disabled
secure boot - enabled/custom mode

keyboard: IPI AURORA65 (Silver, Lightning Magnetic Switch)
keyboard settings: all settings are default
monitor: xl2546 (picture mode - gamer 1, dyac disabled)

All these software, hardware, windows, peripherals tweaks.... when are you finally gonna realize the problem is none of these?

I used to think that the problem was in the electricity or the internet connection, but over time I came to the conclusion that all this was nonsense.

when you move mouse fps is dropping?

when you move mouse fps is dropping?
I already wrote my PC specifications in old messages of this topic.
At the moment, I have a Ryzen 7 7800x3d processor and when I move the mouse, the fps drops a little, but this is a normal phenomenon, everyone has this, since I have fps_max set to 0.
