Looking to buy "overclockable" 1440p IPS

I'm currently using a yamakasi catleap q270 right now and I absolutely love this display but I play a lot of FPS shooters which is very fast paced and because of the constant twitch turning i get ridiculous tearing on my monitor.
Obviously Gsync is the answer but I refuse to spend $800 on a TN panel when I can get a 120hz IPS panel for 400=450$.
I'm wondering which 1440p korean panel I should go with. I'm currently looking at the yamakasi q270 2B for $440 (pixel perfect).

There is also a Blur Busters article on this:
Overclockable 1440p 120Hz IPS/PLS Monitors
There are several great models, including the one that you link. However, if you want to get a USA warranty, try the Overlord Tempest X270OC which is similar and also uses an IPS panel. Don't forget the consideration of not having a motion blur reducing strobe backlight (e.g. LightBoost, ULMB, Turbo240 or BENQ Blur Reduction).
60Hz - baseline
120Hz regular - 50% less motion blur (doesn't matter if IPS or TN)
120Hz strobed - 80% to 98% less motion blur (CRT clarity motion)
If you are preferring the extra resolution and better colors over input lag or maximum motion clarity, the overclockables are a popular compromise.

There is also a new overclockable S-IPS 1440p monitor (MOTV M2700) which is supposed to be the fastest IPS out there.
According to the reviewer, it exhibits the least amount of blur out of all of the AHVA/IPS/PLS panels once overclocked.
It uses an 8 Bit LG S-IPS panel and does not use LED PWM Dimming or is Flicker Free.
