No, all other players have pc updates enabled in group policy. We experience delay a lot worse than them, potential cause, pc hardware incompatibility, dirty electricity/emi and perhaps driver issues.

A lot of people have been suffering from input delay for years and you think no one has ever turned off Windows Update?

what exactly spoils it?
half of everyone here is sitting on custom windows, it's all disabled by default. And by the way, some chipset drivers are needed

How do you come to the conclusions, that this affects the PC performance? Show me proof, or I dont care.
