Good 24.5 1080p monitor to pair with my legion pro 5 rtx 3060 (competitive fps use)

Hello,
I just got a legion pro 5 with rtx 3060 and 165hz 2560x1600 16" display; it does look nice but the screen is a bit small to spot small details in game, so I'd like to pair it with a bigger monitor - apparently 24.5" is ideal for minimizing neck movement and looking good at fhd res, but I'm tempted by 27" since I also plan on doing couch gaming with friends (I'm a bit scared about TN for vision angles btw).
So I was tempted by zowie xl2546k but after reading about ULMB and considering the gpu I have (laptop 3060 130W; check framerate tests for reference - rightmost 1080p number : https://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-Ge ... 453.0.html);
I'm pretty sure I can't reach 240 fps consistently to make it work. Or maybe I can lower refresh rate and aim for the triple lock, but in that case is 240hz necessary? Or should I just go with no ULMB and fps unlocked to be as close to 240hz as possible? Mostly play BR games so need to spot enemies while riding vehicles or panning vision left to right.
So should I go for zowie xl2546k, just xl2540k or some other tn/fast ips alternative?
I want something that handles motion blur as well as possible considering the hardware I already have, bonus points for usability in couch gaming scenarios
Thanks for any info or recommendations
I'd like to stay below 500€ and I'm in eu for availability
