I didn’t connect my headphones well to my mobo, the jack wasn’t all the way inside the mobo line out port, you could still hear the sound but it was low/muffled and it made csgo a lot smoother in hit reg/mouse, yes, I tested twice, taking the headphones out didn’t help, but having them half way in where they are recognised by the pc but not all the way in, you can hear low muffled sound made my game and control alot faster, what’s the reason behind this? You can try it and see if it makes a difference.

A circuit is formed between the two left and right pins, with both speakers in between, and you hear the difference of the two channels (which basically filters out anything that is the same in both). Try to plug it halfway in or 3/4 less or more until you achieve the required outcome. I’m not making this up, I actually noticed my mouse became laggy/icy when I plugged my headphone jack all the way in.

This may not answer your question directly but I will put this here as you have these kinds of problems.
I have been reading (from different places) and thinking a lot of these "things" lately.
The key here is this:
Circuits (e.g. computers) are constantly measuring logic voltages against the "zero voltage reference" of safety ground. This could explain why reinstalling system (Windows) works for a while and then the lag comes back. And also why it changes with time of the day.
So what could be cause of this?
Neutral to ground voltages or more like differences of it. The difference in voltage between the neutral to the ground should be less than 1 volt.
You can measure this easily with multi-meter or voltmeter from outlet. If you have never before measured live wires, you should be careful. Make sure you measure the neutral wire and not hot!
You can measure this different times of the day to see if it correlates with the lag.
The wires in our houses are basically antennae and will pick up any RF or static electricity and carry that.

And ferrites may help (75/J MnZn 150 KHz – 10 MHz).
A note must be made, I don't yet have this "thing".
