Valorant feels heavy

Hello, i made BB account rn just to post this and maybe find help there.

My current setup is:
i3 9100f
GTX 960 Gainward 2GB
8GB of ram, crucial ballistix, 2400MHz
HEXA 500W PSU
Asus B360M-A motherboard
Audigy FX soundblaster sound card

I’m an Diamond3 Valorant player with over 1,000hours in Valorant.

I’m making this post so somebody could or would be able to help me fix Valorant related issue for over years.

So long story short, game feels like it has some kind of Vsync activated whole time with mouse acceleration turned on.

Yes i did turn off both of these settings, i experimented with BIOS settings/Tweaks like EIST or Turbo mode etc. Yes i did buy new stronger setup since i thought it’s because of “ low “ FPS ( 130-200 avg. )

But i was wrong. On both of these setups game feels like i’m moving my hand in water, or in dirt or whatever.

I tried to switch gaming mice ( G305, EGG xm1r, G703, Glorious model O-, etc.. ). The problem still happens after trying hundreds of windows 10 tweaks with regedit etc. I tried original Windows 10 nor older W10 versions.
So in a shortcut, it feels like i’m playing under water with some kind of friction ONLY in Valorant. Game felt more great on my other setup with old i5 can’t remember exact model, it was an 4c4t 3,2GHz one. I’m desperately asking for help to fix this issue. Since i take gaming as my hobby this makes me go depressed.

Thank you for response, tips, advices, anything.

EDIT; Before saying i suck and i should get better, i got a lot of hours in FPS games. Mainly CSGO, and this did not happen in Counter Strike. It’s not about movement being slower, it’s about mouse ingame feeling pretty weird.

This is a guy playing Valorant professionally and if i’m not talking about his good aim, just see the gameplay feeling such smooth. Even his knives animations are feeling faster and smoother, my game feels same as his but in 50% slowed mode. I don’t know what to do anymore. ( His game looks same on twitch while playing. So no, it’s not edited to look smoother )

Been going on for a while. No one has any idea what the sweeping cause is as of now.

just take it. you have 2 options, play as is or don't play. That guy is lucky, you're not. His game and computer work perfectly, also his ping is only 4, does he live in a data center?
Humble yourself.

No, the game should not look like a 60fps youtube video with extra added post-process motion blur

Not really sure why you’re even here with dense comments like that to be honest.

But it's true dude. You will never play like him, having a bad place, desync, some kind of interference, amy, as well as a bad pc and high ping.
This guy has perfect conditions, no interference, good electricity, good build, high fps and very low ping(4)

You can play with a 60fps laptop and it would work 5x better than a 400fps on 240hz screen if your in a bad location
