Does anyone know if newer IGPU’s are capable of higher refresh rates, like 240hz? Like Amd’s 5700g APU for example

Do you know what the max they can do?

The maximum refresh rate depends on the resolution and the maximum data rate of the connection. Any GPU can do 640x480 @ 240 Hz. 1920x1080 @ 240 Hz would require HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2. 2560x1440 @ 240 Hz would require HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.3.

I have a list of common pixel clock limits here: Common pixel clock limits

Ty, the motherboard I was looking at says it has HDMI 1.4, which your link says is 340mhz max pixel clock, I’d like to achieve atleast 1280 x 720 at 240hz, would this be too slow?

1280x720 @ 240 Hz is possible with HDMI 1.4, but I would think any motherboard that can take a 5700G should be able to handle HDMI 2.0 even if it's not officially certified since that's handled on the iGPU's end.
