IGPU’s and refresh rates

Does anyone know if newer IGPU’s are capable of higher refresh rates, like 240hz? Like Amd’s 5700g APU for example

Ty, the motherboard I was looking at says it has HDMI 1.4, which your link says is 340mhz max pixel clock, I’d like to achieve atleast 1280 x 720 at 240hz, would this be too slow?ToastyX wrote: ↑18 Sep 2022, 10:09The maximum refresh rate depends on the resolution and the maximum data rate of the connection. Any GPU can do 640x480 @ 240 Hz. 1920x1080 @ 240 Hz would require HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2. 2560x1440 @ 240 Hz would require HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.3.
I have a list of common pixel clock limits here: Common pixel clock limits
1280x720 @ 240 Hz is possible with HDMI 1.4, but I would think any motherboard that can take a 5700G should be able to handle HDMI 2.0 even if it's not officially certified since that's handled on the iGPU's end.
