XL2740 Can't Enter Service Menu

I have tried everything I can read to enter the Service menu. Anyone know how?
I have tried (While Monitor Off) (From Left) Button #3 + #4 for 5secs and then same process but both of them separately. nothing is working.
This might have to do with the fact that I can't use the Blur Busters Application, no matter what I do I always have the "Unable to Initialize DDCI/DC...." Error
