I use F.lux on my work PC as I work in a low lit room and at home since I game most of my evenings. What's every ones opinion on running F.lux on a G-Sync display? Encourage? Lose any benefits? Gain any?

It works fine, but it's better to use monitor adjustments to lower blue light levels (e.g. BENQ Low Blue Light feature). A similiar behavior can also be done via adjusting the RGB values via
HOWTO: Adjusting colors in GSYNC Mode on VG248QE
Also, F.Lux stops working in full screen mode, which GSYNC requires, so F.Lux doesn't work in GSYNC mode. It woudl only work at the desktop.
Other than that, F.Lux is a good tool for the person who have vision sensitivities, but it's also possible to do some of it via monitor features, too, depending on your monitor. It won't have all the features, but it is an option.
