Why are pixels flickering like that?

Hi,

There is this barely noticeable pixel-blinking/flashing goin on with my Asus VG27BG 144hz monitor. There are no artefacts or anything but extremely fast brightness blinking that is more felt than directly seen,
unless I close one eye and take a closer look to some of the icons on my desktop (for example cloud icon for weathercast on taskbar).

This does not seem do be a cable issue as I have tried two different VESA certified dp-cables and all 3 ports on my gpu separately.

Managed to take a somewhat blurry videos of this:

and

So, what may cause this issue?

What's your SN?

Your model number is wrong.

Try lowering the refresh rate and see if that fixed it. It looks like you gonna have to return it and buy a different monitor.
