HELP "No Z-Series Monitors Detected"

The blurbuster benq utillity wont detect my benq screen which is updated to firmvare v2.
SoftMCCS detects my monitor just fine

(I've installed the driver that comes with the CD)

I didnt install the .Inf file correctly

You need to turn off the burn in mode, which is probably frozen on.
I think the shortcut is to hold down the power button and led button #3 at the same time...(when monitor is off) I forgot tho. it's on the forums also.
