Hello guys
Do u have that icy/heavy mouse feeling?
Does your screen go black randomly?
How about desync?
Insta/Ferrari peeking?
Better at midnights and worse at days?
Don't want to include hitreg issue, bcs this one have lots of relationships to other things, but this one is also a consequence when other ones start to occur, so everyone knows that even if it's more related to internet, but if the other problems stoped, we will feel better hitregs too, so do u have hitregs as a consequence to other problems listed above?

Guys, I'm close to solve it, even more, I solved it! But guys, I'm not 100% sure, I just need more infos, I mean I need more infos about what u tried and what u didn't, I need more detailed story of yours, I'm still reading this topic, and I'm in around page 40:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6498

I'm still reading and reading, a lot of infos laid down there, but I don't want to waste more time, so guys, untill I complete my investigation, I need u guys to give more infos, ask everyone who have this issue to come here to describe his story in a more detailed way, the more u comment, the more I can use it to prove my theory (I even found some proves including myself), so untill then just tell me more.

And I wanna request something from chief blur buster, I want to provide a questionnaire in another topic, something like a poll, which leads to provide a percentages of yes or no, If I give u questions, can u provide it in a topic? It's just questions about which one of those solutions they tried with success or not.
Please it's not that hard. the questionnaire can help more to prove my theory. Even if it wasn't the solution, at least we gathered more data, by providing that questionnaire. chief, is it possible?

1. Yes, I have a heavy mouse feeling which goes away randomly and then comes back
2. Nope
3. A lot of desync. Really unpleasant.
4. Not sure what you mean?
5. Hitreg becomes perfect when this issue goes away, then becomes crap when it comes back

Here. Would like to hear more from you.

Bro I didn't want u to answer my questions, I want u to tell me more about what u tried before.
And to the one who says there is no way to fix this, I should tell, actually there is, and actually the more I'm reading, the more I find that people r just so dumb, they even say about the source of the problem without knowing it's the exact source and they should fix it, and even more, actually I haven't seen it before when I was writing this topic, but after that, I found that actually there is one topic that already found the source, I will link it to my post as a proof for theory, but until then, I just need more info to make myself to be 100% sure about it.

I'm just trying to make sure it's not placebo
And about the 10 days account, yeah I'm new to this forum, but it doesn't mean I don't have brain as u don't, U should read more about Isaac Newton. Being new to a world doesn't mean being useless at that world.

I tried:
1. Changing the whole PC (from DDR3 to DDR4)
2. Changing monitors
3. Trying Windows and BIOS tweaks
4. Moving (although its pretty close to where I lived before, so not sure you can call that "moving)

Got every symptoms that you stated in your post.

The first thing that i tried was to replace all of my component, including monitor, keyboard, screen.
Replacing the wires, PDU, tried UPS, none of that worked.
Then i moved out to another place, same issue (the appartment where i'm at is a building from the 1930's), the electrical wires are old so i made someone redid my electrical box that distribute the power, redid the grounding, none of that worked.
So i'm now thinking about moving out again, with the hope that the issue will go away.
If you have a theory about it, you can still share it if it's not 100% sure, since it's just a theory.
