No motion blur on my laser projector?!

Hello,
So I own several Showx+ Laser Pico projectors.
I hooked it up to the VGA of my laptop and ran some of the tests on this site.
I noticed I could not generate ANY motion blur no matter how fast or slow I set the blur test to.
Very odd but VERY cool ESPECIALLY @60hrz!
I'm guessing that's because of the infinite contrast ratio or jut the nature of the scanning laser display itself.
I did get screen tearing though.
Pros for gaming: 200% color gamut of NTSC
Jet black blacks (Because the laser isn't 'on' when drawing the black color.)
No pixels
Focus: No user focus adjustment needed. Image is always in focus.
Cons: The effective resolution & the screen tear
The laser projector has only two Hrz settings in my Intel PC graphics control panel
59hrz
&
60hrz
My question is why do I have screen tearing on the ShoWX+ laser projector at 60hrz but not my laptop screen that also runs at 60hrz?
I'm confused...
