220hz ama:off vs 144hz ama:premium

I have an xl2411p that managed to hit 220 hz with CRU so I'm curious about the ms response time so I need to know which is faster (144hz with ama: premium / blur reduction: off or 220 hz with ama: off / blur reduction: on)
