Disable e-cores in bios cause high DPC/ISR usb controller

How to fix it?
simple for 13700k
use bcdedit /set numproc 8 (if you dont use HT) 16 (if you use HT)
Enable all e-cores in bios

Why would you even want to disable e cores in 13th gen?? From my testing with 13700kf it's best to leave them on.

With 13th gen you can actually do e cores on + HT off and with the headroom drop voltage or increase clocks. E cores off waste of time, slower and doesn't allow more OC at all.

yes, if you on win11, but if you want more responsive system, you go with win10.
And win10 works bad with e-cores, games consider e-cores=p-cores and transfers its threads to these cores, and we know that these cores have a terrible inter-core delay, which causes stuttering. Everything is more complicated than you think.
