Since a lot of people having problems with VALORANT
i wanted to share this config with you
this will mostly help people with mid to low tier PC or on laptops
most of these values works for any Unreal Engine game

make sure to make a backup in case you didnot like the settings for some reason

config file location "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\"
sort by date modified open the latest one then open Windows folder if you cannot find it go to the next folder in order till you find it
you should find the config file inside the Windows folder

when it comes to hitreg issue i recommend trying warp
with this setting as this has the lowest impact when it comes to latency
this should fix most routing and bypass most ISP's throttling
(Preference -> connection -> DNS protocol -> HTTPS)

only use warp if you feel l like having bad routing or being throttled by your ISP
because other than this it might actually increase your ping or even hurt your connection more than it will help

Yes you can use this config no matter what power plan you are on let me know how the game feels after you use it

Correct me if I’m wrong here, I thought only Warp+ actually pipes more than only DNS traffic through Cloudflare?

To my knowledge all go through cloudflare the difference is the security level and warp is definitely the best security wise
but if you want the lowest latency with the advantage of routing and bypassing the isp throttling HTTPS would be the go
you can check your ping if it is not that high with warp just use it then

However your Game config seems to make the difference from my side, my shots are landing and I don't get those non-sense Ferrari peaks! Or maybe just a placebo?

I have a question, where did you get those extra line commands in the file? The original file doesn't have all of that. Unreal Engine commands?

Have been doing a lot of searching for anything to help with the shit game called fortnite anything to help with the ridiculous fps drops and insane non consistent performance and i put the ones i felt a difference with in the volarant file since they share the same engine and i shared it with my nephew and friends and they noticed a huge difference so decided to share it here to help.

I think it did something. Shots feel more like it hits. However, currently my game is like me feeling more sharp but the enemies also feel more fast and sometimes I die even before I hear the sound of me dying or them swinging.

Maybe its because of my buffers? Currently on 512/256 no rss.

Also is the gameuser config normally empty? Its empty on an account config folder (the jumbled numbers one) but for the pc itself where it inly has gameuserconfig and no riotusersettings it has values in it. Where should I paste it? Should I set it to read-only?

How did you set up your network settings? Both for warp and ethernet.
