Network latency and mouse latency

Gentlemen, good afternoon/evening! I apologize for broken English (translating through Google translator). I have an interesting problem with my PC. In short: the computer works as if in two modes, that is, when I turn on the computer and start playing, in games I feel a delay, that is, they kill me when I am already behind the wall + a slight mouse delay, but after I restart the PC everything becomes normal. Also, the mouse delay can sometimes completely disappear regardless of whether I restart the PC, this problem is observed both in the morning, and in the afternoon, and in the evening. My PC spec: rtx 3070 (in MSI mode), i7 10700kf (no overclock), 32gb (3200 in frequency). I've reinstalled the operating system several times and the problem persists. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, please advise how to fix it.

I completely fixed mouse lag + desync

Greetings gentlemen! I do not deny that electrical input lag exists. I, like most people, had some problems at night, but it was far from ideal. After I turned off the power saving feature on these devices, the heavy mouse desync feeling was completely gone. I really hope that this will help some people from the forum too. Sorry for my english (this is google translate).

Thank you) by the way, I have this function (energy saving), for some reason it automatically turns on again after rebooting the operating system.

In my opinion, I didn’t have them either initially, I installed all the motherboard drivers from the official site (chipsets, etc.). After that, I got these functions.

I just had to fix mine too. From CMD, run powercfg /list, then delete profiles you don't want with powercfg -delete idstring.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean about power plans, but about the checkbox that is displayed in the screenshots)

Is there any improvement in the end?

I see. Check the USB suspend setting in your power profile:

Check the USB controllers for power saving tab as well:

Yes, any power saving modes will have an impact. When it drops to balanced the game feels like it's 10-20% behind the action.
