In short: the computer works as if in two modes, that is, when I turn on the computer and start playing, in games I feel a delay, that is, they kill me when I am already behind the wall + a slight mouse delay, but after I restart the PC everything becomes normal. Also, the mouse delay can sometimes completely disappear regardless of whether I restart the PC, this problem is observed both in the morning, and in the afternoon, and in the evening. My PC spec: rtx 3070 (in MSI mode), i7 10700kf (no overclock), 32gb (3200 in frequency). I've reinstalled the operating system several times and the problem persists. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, please advise how to fix it.

Greetings gentlemen! I do not deny that electrical input lag exists. I, like most people, had some problems at night, but it was far from ideal. After I turned off the power saving feature on these devices, the heavy mouse desync feeling was completely gone. I really hope that this will help some people from the forum too. I just had to fix mine too. From CMD, run powercfg /list, then delete profiles you don't want with powercfg -delete idstring.
