How do I turn on VSync for an Intel iGPU?

I have a laptop with a NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU and an Intel i7-11370H CPU, and it doesn't have a MUX Switch.
Turning on VSync from NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't work, and I've been told that I should turn on VSync for the iGPU instead, but I don't know how.
I looked through Intel Graphics Command Center, but there seems to be no VSync option there. I also tried using the Beta version of that app, but the VSync options there don't work.
What do I do?

On my Razer Blade 15 laptop -- which both has intel iGPU and a GeForce RTX 2080 -- the VSYNC setting works fine in NVCP.
What happens if you hit SHIFT + WIN + P to disable the embedded screen, and control the VSYNC only on the external monitor?
Most of the problems have historically been from multimonitor weirdnesses.

Strange. When I set VSync to "On" in NVCP, the framerate is still uncapped and tearing still occurs.
I don't use an external monitor.

Try a graphics driver clean install (uninstall & then reinstall) -- including complete settings reset.

All or some games? And either way, what windowed modes (exclusive fullscreen, borderless, etc) and APIs (DX11, 12, etc) is the tearing occurring in?
Because if you're gaming with certain flip models, MPO may take effect, where NVCP V-SYNC and/or fullscreen-only G-SYNC mode may or may not behave as expected.

I've already tried that before with DDU, and with different drivers.
- Drivers that are automatically installed by Windows
- Drivers from MyAsus
- Drivers from NVIDIA and Intel sites
But the problem seems to persist.
Slightly offtopic, but is it normal for screen tearing to occur even when Intel's Adaptive Sync is turned on? The laptop's screen is compatible with it, from what I've read, and I've always kept it on.

All games, both Fullscreen and Borderless have tearing, though Borderless seems to have less tearing, and most of the games I play are on DX11, I think.

I see you ruled out a lot of what I would have suggested you to try in an eariler topic:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12140
1. Did you try in-game V-SYNC with exclusive fullscreen/fullscreen mode?
2. Did you try
disabling MPO?
3. Have you disabled settings like fullscreen optimizations in the exe or registry at any point, and if so, have you tried re-enabling?
4. Does V-SYNC work without the adaptive sync option enabled?
