Dell G2724D 165Hz IPS - inversion artifacts?

Hello, after the RTings published the review I decide to buy this monitor.
It has acceptable level of IPS glow. And above average contrast ratio.
Sadly it looks like it's suffering from inversion artifacts - vertical lines.
The 3 monitors I tried - LG 27GN800-B has such interlace pattern artifacts, AOC AG275QXN/EU (VA) also had them. And now Dell G2724D.
At 24Hz are somehow less visible and only on dynamic content ~ same as for example 120Hz.
At 30Hz you can see them very clearly on static image.
At 60Hz are moderately visible only on dynamic content.
At 165Hz are more subtle and appear only on dynamic content. I do notice them when I'm playing CS 2.
VRR doesn't help either.
I tried the ToastyX CRU's Vertical Total Calculator - but it didn't allow me to set the 165Hz (it appeared red and I got scared), so I did it with 144Hz -> 60Hz, but without any luck - the artifacts were still present. According to the Nicholas Di Giovanni from Rtings (https://www.rtings.com/discussions/M4yI ... ment-80877):
"That’s interesting. I just asked our testers about this, and we didn’t notice the same thing at all. I would suggest contacting Dell’s customer service if you’re concerned about anything!"
I have 12 days to return it and ask for refund/replacement, but the intensity of this problem is the same as the other 2 monitor (one being VA). I'm starting to think that all budged high refresh rate IPS panels suffer from this more or less... which is a shame. I don't think the replacement will be any better... or could my be an isolated case?
Any advice? Otherwise for me - I guess that's it, after many months of choosing a new monitor - it's either this 165HZ Dell or the 75HZ ASUS ProArt Display PA278QV, which I have also tried (then waited 1 month for a refund) and it doesn't have any artifacts with acceptable level of IPS glow and OK contrast.
