Hi,

I wanna know what do you guys think about those PC specs and which would achieve lower latency?

Also for gaming + streaming at 1080p90+ fps

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Cooler: DeepCool AK620
MOBO: ASUS TUF B660 DDR5 ATX
GPU: MSI VENTUS 3X E OC 4070 12G
RAM: Corsair 6000MHZ CL36 32GB
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB

OR

CPU: Intel i7 14700K
Cooler: DeepCool LS720 360mm
MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus Z790 ELITE X AX
GPU: MSI VENTUS 3X E OC 4070 12G
RAM: Corsair 6000MHZ CL36 32GB
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB

Also, does motherboard affect PC end to end latency when it comes to VRMs and good quality capacitors?

Thanks in advance.

For lowest latency get the 14700K. Intel's L3 ring bus is lower latency than AMD's infinity fabric.

that and also their bios is horrible, it has lots of options that are hidden and can`t be accessed, you can only do it via 3rd party software.
