Quit Task Manager when running TestUFO

Task Manager is one of the many sources of "once-a-second" cyclic stutters in TestUFO
When you see
https://www.testufo.com/animation-time-graph having once-a-second spikes...
...It's usually caused by background software.
Task Manager is apparently one of them.
Even if minimized to taskbar, it still interferes with TestUFO.

More context.
It's a bigger problem on Windows 11 than Windows 10, but it may be solvable by simply lowering the CPU/thread priority of your CPU monitoring utility.

What effect does using CPU monitoring utilities, which cause such stutters every second, have on a system, except appearing in UFO tests?
You can sometimes solve it by lowering the CPU/thread priority of the monitoring software. When I set Task Manager to a Low Priority, it actually stops interfering with my TestUFO.
CPU monitoring utilities at same priority (Normal) can add an extremely tiny microstutter to some (not all) games. This may or may not be important, depending on how esports-competitive you are.
At 60fps 60Hz and 16.7ms of blur, those 1ms spikes were just pretty much unimportant. But in today's 240fps 240Hz with a 0.5ms MPRT strobe backlight, those 1ms spikes MAY occasionally show up as a once-a-second ultra-microstutter.
Solution: For computers with permanent monitoring screens, run those utilities at lower priorities, no higher than "Below Normal".
You may wish to use "Process Lasso" app, which is gentler than Task Manager.
