Is this ghosting?

Been having this issue for a while, seen ghosting examples on YouTube was wondering if this is a case of it. Currently have the Samsung g7 240hz 1440p monitor. Have turned gsync off as game feels a bit better. Have seen multiple complaints of the panel on this monitor and people having defective monitors. Can provide more footage if footage linked is not too much to base it off. Cheers!

Looks like ghosting and inverse ghosting, but you should really
be using this instead if you want to troubleshoot it better. That video is really hard to follow with how aggressively fast you're swiping. You most likely have the overdrive/response time set too high in the menu, or it could just be poorly implemented overdrive on the monitor in general.

Can you post another video with G-sync enabled. It's hard to see the issue with that much screen tearing.

That's way too much ghosting, especially for a 240hz screen. Return it and get a different unit. Perhaps you got a defective unit.
