Plasma vs. OLED question

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum but something has been bugging me for a while now. A couple of years ago my Panasonic plasma burned out on me. I owned it for 12 years, and for the first 11 years there was no burn in. Then, a year later, it did eventually have permanent burn in and I decided to replace it. I got a LED from Panasonic and I couldn't believe how bad the motion handling was. By no means was it a cheap model, but I realized that it was an inherent flaw of LED TVs. So, I returned it and bought an OLED instead. It's a C2 from LG. It's a great TV but playing 30 FPS games -- I'm a console gamer -- makes it stutter beyond belief. It doesn't smear like the LED did, but the motion surely isn't smooth to say the least. After lots of research online I found this website and it seems like there's no real solution for this problem as of yet. BFI on my C2 makes the image too dark and the flickering is too obvious. Motion interpolation on the other hand has too much artifacts. So, it looks like I'm stuck with stutter. I have a few questions though. First, I don't remember the problem of "doubling the image" when playing 30 FPS games on my 600Hz plasma. Why is that? Is it because it was only a 42'' TV -- I have a 55'' TV now -- and thus less noticeable? Or am I falsely remembering the motion clarity of the plasma at 30 FPS? Is it bias? Second, is there any OLED TV out there that has great motion interpolation without creating tons of artifacts? I've heard good things about Sony, Panasonic, and Samsung in this regard. Any truth to these stories?
Thank you,
Illya
