Why version 1803 on windows 10 mouse feels very repsonsive ??
It is possible to run valorant on 1803 version ? i try it and i couldnt.

Nope, you need to find a way how to make valorant spyware to think its actual version. What seems to be a really hard task. Also AFAIK Faceit AC also doesnt allow to run on such old builds.

Where did you find a legit clean copy of windows 10 1803? I can't find one that seems safe

Don't know where to find legit clean copy, but you can grab custom AtlasOS windows 1803 from here

Definitely smoother than win 11, latencymon and mousetester both showing better results on 1803
