AW3423DW SLOW ALT TAB

For some reason my monitor takes 2-3 seconds to alt tab and shows a black screen then comes up with the inout mode on the screen. I have HDR Enabled in Win 10, HDR 1000 on, playing CP 2077 in Fullscreen, and HDR enabled in CP 2077. Whenever I try and alt tab out of the game this happens, if I disable HDR everywhere it does not do this, also doesnt do this in Windowd borderless but Id like to use fullscreen exclusive since I also play competitive FPS games and need the lowest input lag. Any fix for this?
