Update : I found a 2nd hand AW2523HF for 190€,
Do you have any recommendations for settings/color calibration?

Excellent find with the AW2523HF! For settings, I recommend beginning with the following:
Brightness: Set to roughly 50% to reduce eye strain.
Contrast: Increase to roughly 75% for greater depth.
Color Temperature: Select "Warm" or 6500K for a natural look.
G-Sync/FreeSync: Enable it for smooth gaming.
Color Calibration: If possible, employ calibration instruments or software to make accurate adjustments.
