Sudden mouse slowdown with no fix?

I have a few mice and have even ordered new ones and they all feel slow. Just to be clear, 1600dpi now feels like 800dpi and 1000hz feels like 500hz. I used to play apex and other games at 800 dpi. (1.8 in game sens for apex) but now, to have the same speed I have to increase it to 1600dpi and 1.8sens. However, this feels extremely worse than before. Mid fight feels like the mouse is getting even SLOWER. It is unbearable to play and games feel extremely choppy and “wonky”. I did not have this issue about 7-8 months ago and have been plagued with it since , very suddenly. Spec: 5950x 3080, 16gb ram @ 3600mhz
Things i’ve tried:
-different monitors
-diff gpu
-different mice
-different mousepads
-reinstalling windows to different ssds as well (a lot of times lol)
-bios updates (even trying older bios)
-all drivers up to date and tried windows 10/11
-fullscreen optimizations on/off
-nvidia control panel settings, power management modes, etc.
-temperatures are all great, even bought a new cpu fan, repasted
-turning of softwares related to mouse (razer synapse etc.)
-hidusbf to change hz of mouse manually
vsync on/off also with gsync on/off or a variances of both and rivatuner with -3, -2, -1 fps as well.

No, my system has always had bad screen tearing and input lag. This is just the first time ever its gotten this bad where my mouse LITERALLY has halved it's dpi and hz. This just came about randomly, ive been running 800dpi for years and now to get feeling of 800dpi i have to use 1600. Unsure what the issue is... something tells me hardware??? but what hardware could POSSIBLY cause this ?

Out of curiosity do you have the samsung nvme drivers installed for the 970 evo? I used to have this drive and that driver I think its 3.31 if I recall right used to cause problems like this.

Well, it seems that more and more people are aware of this problem and joining in. I discovered this problem two years ago, and it appeared immediately after a reinstallation of Windows. When Windows was installed and I picked up my mouse, I immediately felt that something was wrong. In short, I fixed this problem twice, both times after installing the same system. But why am I still looking for a solution here? That's because the system installation repair method doesn't work. Some people here say it's an electrical problem (EMI), some say it's a hardware problem, and some say it's a Windows problem. There are so many different opinions, and you have just realized it. I can only say that there are a lot of things we need to consider, and I just feel that the mouse has become slower. You can check my post (I only found this here half a year ago, not half a year ago). My feeling is that the overall speed of the mouse has decreased, the mouse fine-tuning has slowed down, and the mouse lod has become abnormal.
