Just got a bit weirder

Long story short i have the same problem as everyone here. Bad hit reg, desync, aim getting stuck behind opponents, input delay etc. feels like ANTI aim assist. I sometimes get better gameplay at night (3-6am) although not every night.

I’ve replaced everything. Monitors, wires, controllers headsets everything. Went from Xbox to pc, still had the issue. Went and bought a ps5. Had about an hour of good gameplay and then back to the same thing.

Took my hardware to a friends and same problem there.

Now this is where it gets weird. Flew to California (3000 miles away from where i usually play and have the problem) to stay with a friend.

I downloaded apex on his ps5. An absolute fresh download with a fresh account he’s never played the game once.

Go figure , i have the same problem happening to me here? The input delay isn’t nearly as bad but 100% weird hit reg and desync + my aim is all over the place??? Insane

I’ve read over and over it could be our body but that’s just crazy. Literally the only other thing i could think of is my cellphone that’s always next to me in all these situations. Could it be a bad firmware on my iPhone or iCloud something gotta give.

Just putting this info out there maybe it could spark an idea to fix this finally. Love u guys my head hurts from fighting with this day in day out 3 years now Lol

Just wanna add to this something that I’ve noticed.

I’ve been testing random sht for so long now. I’ll open apex and sit in the firing range doing anything and everything i can.

Yesterday i saw something super weird which kinda goes with what i said in the last post here.

Nothing was working until i randomly got a phone call. While my phone was ringing it seemed like my game got completely snappy and almost worked 100%. I have 2 phones and i tested calling myself. Even texting myself gets rid of the delay most of the time. It only lasts until the phone stops ringing tho.

Doubt this has anything to do with it but my second phone is running on an E-SIM. Just throwing whatever info in that i can

What in the world could be happening here ??

I've said it several times, most people have symptoms regardless of location, 1km and even 3000km, even in places where professionals and other people play normally...

but they will continue saying that a "good smooth PC" is like playing the lottery, and a good location is like rarity...

continue spending on electricians and grounding, sources, sockets, filters, ups and other things while people who have a PC like butter connect their PC to a 5U$ filter or even without grounding several times in a terrible electrical condition...

about the specific post, I have all the same symptoms as you everywhere I go in any condition, and it also gets good randomly with completely meaningless things (like your case ringing the cell phone)

I already had this before we had cell phones, so in my case and I believe yours too, it's not that

Okay so, if it isn’t location, it isnt hardware, it isn’t electricity, and it isn’t our phone (since u say u have had this problem since before cell phones? Lol ) then what does that leave us with?

Literally just ourself. What info/ideas have u come up with since u ruled out all these other things completely? How has ur body affected the way games play? What makes the game work for u most of the time? Like temporary fix (the other guy says his posture and breathing makes a difference)

If it’s our body, why do almost all of us get better gameplay from 3-6 am regardless of posture and breathing and other things our body affects ?

Also If it’s ur body giving off weird interference have any other electronics ever done anything weird around u?

If I and a few other people did everything that is logically possible externally...

After everything I've seen, I can't find fault with anything other than myself or something like that.

I also can't tell you why with small or big changes this stays well for a while, COMPLETELY random things resolving for 1 day or sometimes 2, or simply everything being great for no reason and no changes have been made, most of the time the night, dawn...

but as I pointed out, I saw friends in front of me playing at a professional level with horrible power quality in their home, old power strips, badly mounted sockets, I saw people who don't care about any of that being consistent and playing in a good feeling. having a lot of time to react to anything in the game and this consistently for years, I've known them for a long time...

I'm having the same problem at home, on your PC with your equips, having the same problem everywhere whether everything is new or not.

Since then I haven't spent absolutely anything related to it, it will just be more disappointment and a waste of time and money (if you can't return it).

stop buying, spending money on things that no one has and never needed, activate LOGIC in your head, try to test everything first, go to an internet cafe and play for days with their equips and call friends if possible and see if the problem appears (Don't just play for 1 day at your friend's house and come and say that you don't have the problem there because everything is perfect) test it for weeks, even months, test everything before spending your money and your mental

Just wanted to say I had the same experience. I have tried many palces and many devices. The problem is there. 9/10 places had this issue for me. One place it was good I couldn't stay long enough to find out if it was good long time

THIS also happens to me. I play Apex a lot. And often times, whatsapp call fixes the issue. so We def have the exact same problem.
