Asus ROG PG278Q Lightboost not working.

Post by Gojeran » 09 Sep 2014, 20:33

So my ULMB on my monitor is greyed out seemingly no matter what I do. I've gotten it to work all of 1 time and since then its greyed out. I've changed the screen to 60 and 120 and disabled G-sync from the nvidia panel but it doesn't matter. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

ULMB requires 2-way authentication between the monitor and the computer, so if that doesn't happen, it won't let ULMB be enabled.
- Turn off then on the monitor.
- Unplug and replug monitor DisplayPort
See what happens.

Other means of reinitializing the monitor connection exists, but the above ones are the easiest.
